The Veteran’s Veteran is not an accredited agent, attorney, or representative with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). We do not provide legal advice. We do not represent you in claims disputes. We do not assist in the physical filing of VA disability claims.
Our services are strictly educational and administrative. We act as consultants and coaches. We help you organize your records, understand the regulations, and plan your strategy. You retain full responsibility for filing your own claim and communicating directly with the VA. If you require legal representation or medical diagnosis, you must seek a licensed attorney or a medical professional.
Scope of Services
We offer consulting in three primary areas:
- Post-Service Coaching: Career planning and lifestyle adjustment.
- Benefits Strategy: Reviewing your history to identify potential claims.
- Education Consulting: Strategies for using the GI Bill and other educational benefits.
We provide the map and the compass. We do not guarantee a specific rating, a specific dollar amount in benefits, or a specific timeline for approval. The VA makes the final call on all claims, and their decisions are outside our control.
User Responsibilities
By using our website you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information about your service history and medical condition.
- Not use our services for any fraudulent purpose, including submitting false documents to the VA.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any strategy documents or guides we provide to you.
If we discover that you have provided false information or are attempting to defraud the government, we will terminate our relationship immediately.
Payment and Refund Policy
Our fees pay for our time, our knowledge, and our preparation..
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon booking or as agreed in your specific service contract.
- Refunds: Because we charge for time and intellectual labor, refunds are generally not available once a consultation has occurred. If you need to cancel a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
Intellectual Property
The content on this site, including text, logos, guides, and strategy documents, belongs to The Veteran’s Veteran. You may not copy, distribute, or sell our materials without written permission. You are free to use our advice for your personal claim, but you cannot repackage our hard work and sell it to others.
Limitation of Liability
The VA system is a massive, unpredictable machine. While we work hard to position you for success, we cannot control the outcome.

- We are not responsible for any errors you make when filing your own paperwork.

Termination
